Good News
Who is my neighbor? Jesus answers, "the one who does the will of my Father and shows compassion." To show mercy and compassion is not only reserved for oneself, but for everyone. To help those who need assistance is the one who shows compassion. Let us open our hearts to help.

Tickets for our annual Polish Festival are being handed out in back of the church before and after Masses. The festival will be held on Aug. 19th at the P.A.C.C. Please sell as many tickets as possible. If you need more, see Barbara Yablonski or Fr. Tom.

St. Joseph - Holy Spirit Parishes will have a BBQ and get together on Sunday, September 23rd at the Otter River Sportsmen Club. We will begin with an 11 AM Mass there followed by a chicken BBQ at 12 noon. Games for adults and children will be held. More info in the coming weeks. Hold the date for Sept. 23rd.

As we begin summer vacations, let us remember to look for a church to worship on Sunday. Jesus does not take a vacation. He is on duty 24-7.

Anyone who would like to volunteer to cut and trim the bushes around the church, please see Fr. Tom. Thank you.

Your pastor, Fr. Tom, will be on vacation from July 22 - Aug. 2nd. I will be in Poland. Weekend Masses will be covered for both parishes. We, at St. Joseph, could use a few new vestments that the priest wears at Mass. If anyone would like to purchase one or many, please see Fr. Tom as soon as possible. The cost is $100.00 per vestment.

Festival Liquor Raffle - anyone wishing to donate to the liquor raffle, please leave the bottles on the rectory porch. Thank you.
