Good News
God is the God of the living, not the dead. We all live for Christ who is the Resurrection and the Life. Today's gospel tells us about the living and how we are to follow the examples the Lord tells us.

CCD News Classes will be held Sunday, Nov 11 at Holy SPirit, Grades 1-6 will meet from 10:15 to 11:45 a.m., Grades 7-8-9 will meet from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., Confirmation classes, students and sponsors from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Today is Veterans' Day. We honor all those who have fought in so many battles and wars and come back to their families. May God bless them and all those who today are in combat, that they come back safe and sound.

THANK YOU to all who supported our Fall Fair last Saturday. It was a great success. The total profit from the fair was $3,645.

Our 100th Anniversary through Dec. 16th, a "scratch ticket" will be sold to 150 people only on a first come, first served basis. There will be a variety of prizes awarded on Dec. 16th. Tickets are $20.00 each.

The parish is in need of a bi-monthly housekeeper for the rectory. If interested, please see Fr. Tom as soon as possible.

November/December Parish Project celebrating our 100th Anniversary, we will be collecting 100 items for the CAC in Gardner. They will be given to the CAC after Christmas or as soon as 100 of them are collected. Please help St. Joseph provide for the poor of Gardner. Donations (any non-perishable food) can be left in the boxes provided at the back ot the church. Thank you.

Holy Cross Church in East Templeton will be holding its annual Market Place Bazaar on Sat., Nov. 17th, from 9 to 3. Tables include Grandma's Kitchen, Upper Crust, Crafter's Delight, Basketville, Clever Hands, Chinese Auction, etc. The Tea Room will serve refreshments and a Thanksgiving basket will be raffled. Cluster Corner -- Lord's Day Masses for Gardner Catholic Parishes:

Museum Exhibit We are looking for pictures, sacramental certificates, programs from past parish events and anything else that we might use in our upcoming exhibit at the Gardner Museum. If anyone has an item of interest, please contact Ann at 978 632 7638. Deadline for submittal is Dec. 16th. The exhibit will be opening in the Spring of 2008.
