Jesus tells the parable of the man who has everything in life. The rich man has possessions and doesn't want to give them up. If and when he dies, who gets all his riches? Jesus says to grow rich with Him instead of worldly possessions.

Your pastor will be away on vacation from Tues. Aug. 3 to Aug. 12. Weekend Masses will be on Sat., Aug. 7 at 5:30 PM, Aug. 8 at 8:00 a.m. (please note change from 7:00 a.m.) and 10:30 a.m. Weekday Masses will resume on Friday, Aug. 13 at 7:30 a.m. at St. Joseph.
This coming week is First Friday of the month. If you wish to attend weekday Masses from Aug. 4 - 12, Holy Rosary has a morning Mass at 8:00 a.m.
2010 Collection to Aid the Church in Central and Eastern Europe - weekend collection Aug. 7 & 8. In the past, this collection has helped to re-established seminaries and religious education programs, social ministry programs have begun and Catholic media organizations have been created. Please continue to be generous in giving.
