Good News

Today, is the Solemnity of the Body and Blood of the Lord. The Eucharist is the source and summit of our lives. The Lord wants us to feed on Him in the Eucharist. This feast of the Body and Blood was given to us at the Last Supper.

Communications Campaign - weekend of June 5 and 6. This collection supplements our basic communications resources so that we can seek new and more effective ways for the Church's message of love and hope.

On June 6 at 1:30 PM, the Rosary Sodality will meet in the church hall. Refreshments will be served.

A joint Parish Council meeting at Holy Spirit church hall on Tues., June 8. All members are asked to attend.

This coming Friday, June 11 is the feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Saturday, June 12 is the feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. The church closes out the Year of the Priests, dedicated to all priests. Pray for your priests.

Next weekend, June 12 and 13, Sister Margaret Holleran will speak at all Masses for her community and the Columbian sisters. This is our annual Mission Co-op appeal. Please be generous in the second collection.

4th Annual Spaghetti Dinner at Gardner VFW on June 19 from 5:00-7:30 p.m. $7.00 for adults, $3.00 for children under 7 and $5.00 for Seniors. Chinese auction, Red Sox ticket raffle, 50/50 raffle and silent auction. All proceeds go to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

37th Annual Festival on June 18 & 19 for the benefit of St. Joseph School at 53 Whitcomb St., Webster, MA. Money raffle, Polish food, live music, games, garage sale, etc. Call 508-943-0467 for more info.
