Good News

Today, we celebrate the feast of the Holy Trinity - the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The mystery we celebrate is to believe in the three Persons of the Blessed Trinity.

Today, Sunday, May 30, is Memorial Day. The Veterans of various posts in town will attend the 8 a.m. Mass in honor of all deceased Veterans. After Mass, everyone is invited to attend breakfast in the church hall. Monday, May 31 is the day to remember all Veterans who gave their lives in various conflicts in the world. Service will begin at 9 a.m. at the PAV square. Come join us.

This coming Friday is First Friday of the month. Mass will be at 7:30 a.m. June is dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The litany of the Sacred Heart will be said after morning Mass.

On June 6 at 1:30 p.m., the Rosary Sodality will meet in the church hall. Refreshments will be served

Partners in Charity - As of this printing of the bulletin, we at St. Joseph have $7055.00 in donations. Thank you to all who have donated to this worthy cause in the diocese. We have gone over our goal.

POLISH PICNIC - THANK YOU to all who donated to the money raffle. A total of 53 prizes worth $2590 was received. Again, thank you for being so generous. There is a list of chairpersons for the various tables at the back of the church - if you want to donate your time or item(s).

BASKET RAFFLE: If you would like to donate items or a complete medium-sized basket for our annual picnic on Aug. 15th, please sign the paper in the vestibule. Any questions please call Mary Ann (632-8896) or Carolyn (632-1420). Thank you.

Communications Campaign - weekend of June 5 & 6. This collection supplements our basic communications resources so that we can seek new and more effective ways for the Church's message of love and hope.
